It would be a shame to do this in Labadie, Missouri,,I lived their for 28 years and rased my children their,,,One of which workes in the firlds in Labadie Bottoms,,,this will kill this Little Sweet Town,,,,,

These people must be insane! Putting something this dangerous in a flood plane? Berm? Big deal, this is the same company that owns the Tomasok damn and did not bother to trim trees around power lines FOR YEARS!
