The timing of this story is so suspicious to me. It's as if they are trying to lull us into a false sense of security while they work to get that 280 million dollar increase they are after. Don't trust these greedy monoplolist. Email any government agent in IL and MO and tell them to tell these moneygrubbers NO! No more increases!
