An electric utility has asked a federal court in Illinois to toss out a lawsuit filed by a woman whose teenage son was seriously injured after he was shocked and tumbled 35 feet from an electric tower. via Southern Illinoisan

I knew that kid, he went to my school. I knew he was stupid but when he told me what he did it amazed me just how stupid someone could be.
