Ameren delays service shut-offs

Ameren Corp. held off starting its planned disconnects Monday for nonpaying utility customers in Illinois, but the company may start shut-offs at a later date, perhaps sometime this week, a company spokesman ... via Journal Star

Gee do you suppose that the number of shut offs has been growing rapidly ??? You think maybe Ameren your rate hike is too high ?? And, people can't afford it !! Gee Imagine That !!!
