Ameren is holding the citizens of Southern Illinois hostage. They are endangering the economy by forcing local businesses to close. The are threatening the elderly and low income into homelessness. They ingnore the consumers who contact them. They have the Governor and the Senate Majority leader in their pocket. The older citizens on fixed incomes are going to be forced into homelessness or to leave this state.

The way it sounds, this might end up with some criminal charges. The 10 year freeze was designed to create competition with Ameren. Ameren bought everybody out. Have stock with there solecalled suppliers, then jack the rates up to have a complete upper hand. Follow the money trail. It won't lie like Ameren. I think some jail time could be in order. I think it's time to shut Ameren's Power Off!!!
