This is good news to every woman out there who may have also had their share of medical problems just as Linda Gross. I have read online at bladderslingrecall.us that more and more women, even in other countries, are making complaints about the less favorable effects of surgical slings. Let's hope that those who may have advanced in their legal course also get the compensation they deserve.

For the pain and suffering Gross experienced, I think this is only proper. The same should also be givent to the thousands who also suffered complications. Hear the stories of other victims by checking out http://www.vaginalmeshlawsuitcenter.us/

There have been many issues concerning surgical mesh implants and their safety. It may come as no surprise if Johnson & Johnson is not the only mesh manufacturer that may be facing legal challenges today. Reports from bladdermeshlawsuit.us/ transvaginal-mesh-lawsuits/ even say another mesh-related case against C.R. Bard has been scheduled go into trial in July.

Justice has been served. Since 2011, There has been an increased number of vaginal mesh lawsuits when the U.S. FDA issued a warning regarding a fivefold increase in frequency of vaginal mesh injuries. I hope for those patients who are still on their fight they will also get the justice they deserve.
