In spite of reports about the risks of these metal-on-metal hip implants, patients have been kept below the radar of its true effects. These all-metal hip devices do have serious side effects such as metallosis in which metal fragment may leak into the bloodstream resulting to damage of some body organs. I came across this site http://stryker-hip-replacement-recall.webs.co... and they have recent news and updates about hip replacement problems, you may want to visit it.

Its true that there are many cases of hip implants being the source of pain among patients. There are many people who are still suffering of hip pain even after getting a hip replacement because of the failure of these hip devices. I think it was at the depuypinnaclelawsuit.com where several men and women have shared their experiences regarding the issue.

It might interest you to know that the case reported has already been setted in favor of the plaintiff. The jury found DePuy negligent in designing the ASR hip implant. In a way this supports the claim that the company did not consider the safety of the people when they came up with this product. Hip implant safety issues are no longer a stranger to controversies. Over years, there were a number of patients claimed that they suffered complications from these devices. In fact, there are still lawsuits filed against the manufacturers waiting to be settled. For more information about these issues, visit this page http://gbrownhealthupdates.wordpress.com/2013...
