I am glad to hear that Kransky gets compensated for the injuries, pain, and suffering he may have incurred from his ASR hip implants. I also read from an article at http://oregoncapitolnews.com/legal-news/rotte... that this is not the only hip implant-related lawsuit that Johnson & Johnson is currently facing. I just hope that other people who may have filed their own legal claims also get the compensation they rightfully deserve.

This decision is not only a victory for Kransky but also for the thousands of other recipients who suffered injuries due to DePuy ASR hip replacement systems. The decision was based on the understanding of the jury that it was negligence in the design. This may make it applicable to the other cases which will certainly be to the plaintiff's favor. Better still, succeeding cases may be awarded punitive damages. For more on the case settled in California, check the updates in DePuy ASR hip lawsuit information center.

That decision is very encouraging to the thousands of other hip implant recipients who suffered as a result of using the DePuy ASR hip systems. Hopefully the other complainants may get the same results for their cases. Updates on these cases are available in DePuy Settlement Information Center.
