As you swill the HUDSON RIVER from an unneeded waterline that crossed property siezed by Eminent Domain, take solace in the fact the the JOE will be rewarded for all his HARD WORK..disrupting peoples lives and property for the sake of a construction deal that places PERKS in his pocket |
