ADF4350 Phase Resync feature

I have two ADF4350 devices on a board controlled by a PIC. They are both driven by the same 10 MHz reference clock. I also can write to the same registers to both devices at the same time using the PIC.
Question 1. Can I phase sync the output of each ADF4350 together using this phase resync feature?
Question 2. If I wanted to divide by two on one device and divide by 4 on the other, do these Flip-Flops get reset using this phase resync feature.
