I'm trying to decide whether i should buy shares of the company but obviously the company is not perfect there must be some problems it may be facing

1) They've gutted all our benefits. Canceled the 401k plan. Our health insurance is a complete job
2) Company wide raises are always much lower than the rate of inflation. If you are not getting promoted each year, you will be worth less each year that passes. 3) Company continues to claim they're doing great, but they've cut salaries for everyone above 50k by 2% AND demanded a one week furlough to be taken by Sept 25th...before the quarter closes. IT took a 4% cut across the board. Beating expectations is the company's only concern. Employees and interruption to client's is secondary. 4) They've been hiding expenses for years. Sometimes we freeze payment of all vendors (save those threatening disruption of services) for at least the last 3 weeks of every quarter. Lately, 4 weeks, in order to float our books. It's not true accounting. |
