just a heads up, that place is hell. the managers and supervisors are disrespectful and always call upon mandatory overtime. even if its an emergency or you have an ailing family member in the hospital, they wont care. this place is always hiring and firing people, or in most of the cases...the employees are always walking out of that place.

Go get your minimum wage job El Paso where the management requires you to smile for disrespectful callers that somehow treat you as if you are in charge of the whole chain of command that gave them some crappy service. They really will treat you crappy because they know you are there because you need a job.

Not the best place to work. If you have dignity don't work there. minimum pay and poor careless management.

Speaking english should be a requirement for customer service (on the phone) as you will be taking calls from throughout the U.S. Good Luck to all that apply.

Keep in mind that those managers and supervisors are your fellow ELPASOANS.

Be warned potential employees - this place is awful. If you really need a job, then by all mean go for it. However, if you can, AVOID THIS HELL HOLE. HORRIBLE COMPANY AND MANAGEMENT.

I knew of a few people that came from ACS and they all really talked badly about it. As a hiring Manager, I was compelled to find out more, and lets just say it got scarier.

I have no respect for an orgnization that treats employees badly. So please stay away from ACS, if you can.

Oh, and regarding those applicants that came from ACS, they are doing great and are happy over here.

Best regards,

They opened here and recruited managers from all their competitors, offering higher pay and benefits. After a year of so and the work of opening and hiring and training was done, they fired off all they had hired.

This company is bad....managers and workers are treated badly and fired for little reason.

That seems to be the norm for all these call centers.

I guess it is cheaper for the companies to fire people in cycles, but the constant turnover in employees and bad management is probably why they provide poor service. Too bad, therent any agencies to monitor work conditions.

Many complaints are made against ACS by former employees, but TxDoL seems to just take the employers word for everything.

Because they move to border cities like El Paso so they can pay minimum wage as opposed to $9/hr anywhere else.
