Congrats to this company. This should be a wide spread action. I am all for people who enter this country legally but to scam the system is complete BS!

OK so the company did the right thing and fired these undocumented workers but will our federal government do the right thing and send them back to wherever they came from?? I doubt it!! There are alot of unemployed Americans now that would probably take a job as a janitor to keep food on the table. I head the unemployment rate for 20-30 year olds is 25%+ while undocumented, illegal immigrants have jobs, suck from our social services teat and send money out of our country to their relatives back home. What is wrong with our politicians that they think this is better than providing work for Americans?

That company is bad. They knew they were with out papers. The company knew they would work cheap. Nail them for not hiring American citizens with a decent wage and health care plus sick time and vacation oh yes seniority too.....with a real union.

These pogroms against immigrants are a disgrace. Our collective humanity disintegrates here in the United States as we scape goat our brothers and sisters who are labeled undocumented. Persecuting people because they are of a certain color, creed, or lack papers is adopting the anti-semitic hysteria that gripped Germany and Tsarist Russia. I want no part of that here.

This is the type of cleansing this country needs. Some of this wasted bailout money should be used for these type of operations. To bad our government is filled with people who don't shive a git about anything but filling their own pockets and the pockets of their friends.

These people are ILLEGAL ALIENS. Calling them "undocumented workers" is akin to calling drug dealers "unlicensed pharmacists".

Enough of the PC-speak!!

Okay, so workers are required to fill out an I-9 form from the Department of Homeland Security when they begin a job. With that form a copy of a photo ID and a copy of a Social Security Card is required, or barring those, other forms of legal ID and documentation stating that a person is allowed to work in this country.

Kudos to the company for firing the undocumented workers, but....why didn't they get the proper paperwork on them in the first place? Second, firing is all fine and dandy, but these people need to be deported as well. Unless they have a valid reason for being in the U.S., they should be subject for deportation. Why was the INS not called in?

This is great news for those of us who are legitimately living in this country. Good riddance to all the scammers stealing jobs away from people who HAVE followed the rules. Sweet!

What's the country coming to? Why did it take all this time for ABM and other companies to recognize that they were going to get caught? Documented legally embedded workers are OK but the illegal ones better start doing things legally.

America has always help the indigent but legal immigrants but helping illegals is creating a mess. I am not talking about humanitarian reasons and the like for not expatriating the illegals. But, as a descendant of poor immigrants who busted their chops to provide for a better life for their families and themselves, illegal undocumented aliens should reconsider the consequences of their actions.

The economic crises we are experiencing is only showing us this country needs to remember its past ethics and chutzpah that made us great.

Well thank goodness they were fired. Do you know where most of those ABM employees work? The airport!

They make fake SS cards. Same difference as making a fake ID for underage kids to buy booze. Mexicans pay good money to get set up with legal documents that will help them get jobs in the US.

So the Frisco based company used illegal aliens to under-cut and destroy honest companies here in MN that paid living wages and benefits.

Cost of med care is shifted to county taxpayers helping the criminal company even more. Increased costs to the hospitals are causing layoffs of nurses & staff.

Any of these illegals have insurance on the cars they illegally obtained with falsified documents and don't have licenses to drive?

Is is human trafficing LIBERAL ? How about illegally destroying honest, tax paying local companies? So it's LIBERAL to help corporate criminals? Is it LIBERAL to cause lay-offs of nurses & teachers? The corporate criminals and their useful fools have to be controlled.
