AirTran CEO: Cleveland has potential if merged United downsizes hub

Speaking during his company's second-quarter earnings report, AirTran CEO Bob Fornaro hinted his carrier could look to develop new markets in fallout from the proposed United-Continental merger.
I was just talking about this when I was in MIA last week. With the UA CO merger, CLE without "Lebron" traffic would ultimately downsize. Airtran is a perfect fit for the CLE local passenger.
