New union galvanizes AirTran pilots

What's missing is why the company doesn't offer a full proposal of their own if that is how they want to negotiate. What's also missing is that a huge number of the pilots at AirTran make 50% less than industry average. How would you like to make 50% less than people doing the same job? The pilots at Airtran are asking for a FAIR contract and they are good people and good employees. Management at airtran abuses these good people and intimidates them so that their bonuses are bigger and bigger. The pilots are looking for a FAIR contract. Management is being the typical Greedy scumbags that they are.
