bennett smith, I bet this was your post you sick twisted freak. You only did this to be sure Scott knows his office was violated. The only problem is you are slapping God in the face. It is Gods office. Why do you continue to tempt God. What led up to your overdose? During your overdose when you begged for your life, is that already forgotten? The way you're living and the fact that you're much older should scare you.

Common judge Whitney give me the when, so God's dream for TCAP can come true.

God's dream is coming true without you.

The od thing probably is just made up. Some James Dean move from 1950. If his lips are moving, he is lying.

Just sayin!

Is Scott and Sean tofte gay together? I've heard rumors of this before...I think it could be. I'm personally fine with gay people. They shouldn't hide it though, let it out in the open. The church needs this!

Please see the earlier post about your disorder. Now get on with you nasty vile existence and leave the true men of God out your nasty day!
Do realize Scott kicked your dumb butt all over the court and has nearly cleaned up the mess you made in six months. 10 years of greed and deception cleaned up in six months.
I guess formal training actually counts for something.
Have a nice life.
Scott was fired from his two previous churches, one because they suspected he was gay and one because he didn't have what it took to make it. He may be able to maintain one hundred people but he will never grow a church, which is why the board wouldn't appoint hi the senior pastor. Plus all the gay rumors..not a good look.

You must be homophobic. So good of you to claim to fine with gay people. The good news is God loves you.

Pretty sad the Smiths were making more money than they should have....making money when they didn't work a full 40 hour week. Like most of us who worked 40 plus hours a week, struggled financially, some had to work 2 jobs, and BS pushed the members to put 10% of their income in the collection plate. I thought he was selling land to build the Swartz center (?). So he pocket the money and the center still sits today....I never agreed on him asking us to put money in the collection plates, and stood up there to watch......that made me sick. No pastor or employee should ever do that. Where I grew up the members of the church help run the church and the pastor donated his time.....no one got paid....the money we got went toward the church and to helping others in need.....and our tithes, we gave what we could....we weren't ever judged by not giving 10%. I'm sure if BS took money he shouldn't have that eventually TCaP will come after for it in court. They probably are working OT right now to go through years and years of paperwork to figure our where the money went. Not sure what the deal is with the insurance, but TCaP felt the kids needed to have the Fall Festival, they all ready can't have Upward cause of no money. Many kids and parents are suffering from that loss. Sad our kids are suffering for an adults mistake. Regarding cheating....can't even go there.....I never felt good around BS from the first time I stepped in to the church.....I felt like since I wasn't a member I was low in the pole. I felt many employees only associated with your if you were a member and paying your full 10%....never felt comfortable. It's going to take me a long time to feel comfortable stepping into TCaP again....I will go back occasionally, cause the employees there now aren't having to keep secrets, keep mouths shut.....many have spoken out and that's great.... I give them credit for that.....NOW people are scared that BS will come after them if they speak up....again sad.....obviously BS has issues and needs help. BS has really messed up....his family and ppl who goto church. Some ppl are afraid to go to church now. They can't trust ppl and I don't blame them......
God is the only one who can help.....god and BS knows the truth. Maybe we should let God handle this.....I just pray that all involved will get through this,....this has been going on for many many many years.....

Please ask forgiveness, repent, and move on. Why drag all the dirty laundry out for the whole world to see. You are the person destroying your family. Not the board, not the staff, not the courts, not the news, but your actions have caused this. You were offered help and a chance to walk away. It is the arrogance that has made this go on for so long.

lewdness- This would take all day and all night for all the examples,- please refer to first 3-5 minutes of every sermon he has ever done. You are sure to find many examples. Or check his face book late night explosions that do not even make sense

idolatry- the fact that he refuses to help the hungry, homeless, and hurting but will spend over a 100 dollars on a pair of jeans.

adultery- Lets just not go there but we already know this story and it hasnt stopped.

hatred- Where would I begin Wyatt Erp?

envy- Always wanting what someone else has

drunkenness- too many examples but will name the one in front of the entire youth camp on stage.

revelries- kind of speaks for itself

jealousies- Who isnt he jealous of?

Selfish ambitions- how he will not walk away from the church is a perfect example of this. Not his money and anyone in their right Christian mind would know this and would fear God.

I think it is safe that we need to depart from this man and he and his family should have no part in this Church. They helped to cover and lie until it was too late.

You have been played by the love of your life, the female version of yourself.

She realizes how fragile you are and has rewritten history, a history that is acceptable to your personality. Played like a fiddle.

you are already on the clock.

I bet you really believe it has only been three!

Yore sick and disgusting and have no idea what you are talking about. The family has done nothing wrong. Like you haven't bought a nice pair of jeans, please. No one ever second guessed a wealthy persons choices on what they buy but if it's a "pastor" it's a huge controversial thing. News flaws, normal people can drink! And buy nice things if they want. Unless you think all pastors should be poor and on welfare, ill send the the memo to TCAP. They are certainly cashing in with their $70,000 cars for singing on Sunday. Someone might ask who is paying for the Monsons $80,000 car....I think it's the churches tithe

Seven Steps

Seven Steps to Permanent Change

Applying the following SEVEN BASIC STEPS will help you overcome problems that you face. They represent principles that will work in the process of overcoming no matter the size of the problem or problems that you face.
If you diligently apply them, they will be a formula that will help you to permanently overcome in your life.
(1) HONESTLY FACE THE PROBLEM. Many people will not honestly face their problems. They hide their eyes from reality. Jeremiah 17:9 declares,“The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?” Most people willingly deceive themselves about their problems. Honestly face your problems. Look them right in the eye and see them for what they are.
(2) DO NOT GET DISCOURAGED. It is very easy to get discouraged now that you have acknowledged your problems. It is easy to be disheartened. This is natural. Be ready for this feeling to possibly strike you, after you have honestly faced the weakness, sin or fault that you are now ready to tackle. Paul wrote of those who are “troubled on every side, yet not distressed…perplexed, but not in despair”(II Cor. 4:8-9). You may feel this way as you face your problems, but do not get discouraged. Move on to the next step.
(3) SET YOUR WILL. Absolutely determine that you are going to defeat each particular problem and that each will not defeat you! Take a do-or-die approach to the battle that lies before you. It has been said that the hardest battle is the first battle. Set your will to address each sin or weakness successfully. Tell yourself that you are going to defeat it—that you are going to rip it from your character. But recognize that you cannot fight the battle on your own. You must move to step four.
(4) FORM A PARTNERSHIP WITH GOD. If you set out to overcome on human strength alone, you will fail. That is assured. We have already touched on this. Paul wrote,“I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me”(Phil. 4:13). Jesus said,“I can of My own self do nothing”(John 5:30). On another occasion, when speaking to His disciples and talking about those who have certain things to overcome, Christ also said,“With men this is impossible; but WITH GOD ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE”(Matt. 19:26). Believe Christ’s words. If He could do nothing on His own, neither can you or I. Be sure that you have formed a partnership with God and that you are not working on your own.
(5) START RIGHT WHERE YOU ARE. Admit that the problem is whatever size that it is. Neither overstate nor understate it. If it is a BIG problem, admit it! This is part of honestly facing the problem. If you are trying to overcome any pull of the flesh or temptation that has existed for a long time—that has been part of you for many years—admit the size of the problem. It has been said,“The longest journey begins with a single step.” That is true for the Christian. No matter how long it takes, or where you are when you start, start wherever you find yourself. If you have wasted time in deciding to address the problem, admit it. Acknowledge where you are and “Redeem the time”(Eph. 5:16).
(6) BE WILLING TO PAY THE PRICE. The Bible describes some who “grow weary” and “faint in the day of adversity”(Prov. 24:10). Solomon wrote that “their strength is small.” Paul wrote,“And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not”(Gal. 6:9). Everything of value in life comes at a cost—a price. Sometimes this involves pain, suffering. Pay the price. Paul wrote that even Christ “learned obedience by the things which He suffered”(Heb. 5:8). None of us enjoy pain, but sometimes it is inescapable in the overcoming process. The Psalmist said,“Before I was afflicted I went astray: but now have I kept Your word”(Psa. 119:67). Four verses later, he added,“It is good for me that I have been afflicted; that I might learn Your statutes”(vs. 71).

(7) DO NOT GIVE UP BEFORE YOU HAVE SUCCEEDED. Paul talked of running in a race and finishing his course. He said that he “pressed toward the mark”(Phil. 3:14) on his way to the kingdom of God. Solomon wrote,“For a just man falls seven times, and rises up again”(Prov. 24:16). Do not give up. Do not EVER give up! Wrestle, battle and struggle until you have completely overcome whatever obstacle, weakness, sin or problem you are facing!
Follow these points, always employing one step at a time. They have helped many to win the war of overcoming!
