From this bloody picture it is obvious to everyone, except hard core liberals and delusional Blacks, that Zimmerman has in the fight of his life.
However, the fact still remains that Zimmerman had no legitimate reason to get out of his truck and pursue Trayvon. Zimmerman put himself in the situation and he confronted Trayvon first. When you go picking a fight, you hardly have the right to claim self defense when the guy you provoked gets the better of you. If he had stayed in his truck, called police and waited for the authorities (as he was instructed to do) he would not have been in "the fight of his life" and Trayvon would not be dead.

Zimmerman did the first wrong. Trayvon was the one who was "defending" himself from a thug who chased himself down in the night and confronted him, Zimmerman did not identify himself as a neighborhood watch captain.

The photo does nothing to establish a chain of events in which Trayvon jumped Zimmerman and started pummeling, for no reason, as Zimmerman claims.
Next!
Further, as O'Mara insisted on receiving THAT picture in digital format, and there is no protection agains photoshopping, don't look for THAT picture to make it into court.
Because you know the chain of events, you win. Is your MRI scheduled to see how thick your skull is? Sitting for your FLA bar exam today? Scanning skittles? I know, buying some property in Florida with crossed fingers that you are in time to be chosen for the jury.
Discovery is discovery; please opine on the delays the prosecution has on turning over evidence; please opine on the Martin's attorney causing this uproar all over MSM. That photo was not photoshopped, you're delusional. Believe what you want. You say there is no conversation regarding this from me, look in the mirror and heed your own words.

I haven't commented on this as the facts are not known, laws differ from state to state, pleas bargins can be reached at anytime, and no one can predict what a jury will do.
I wish people had as much interest in how four American's died in Benghazi and the ensuing cover-up.

Brilliant point.
Our citizenry has been steadily dumbed down by Leftist teachers.
We are reaping the whirlwind of complacency in that regard.

I'd say that it is more the fault of pop culture, I don't know a single kid that remembers anything he/she learned in school.

Today's teachers embrace pop culture as an educational tool.
They have become one and the same.

I didn't know that the schools are that deep in trouble. More reasons to vote NO on every school levy.

How dense are you, those wounds are easily the result of being pounded into the cement, by the trash that Zim took out.

I suggest you wait on the outcome of that court of law and its rules about which you ceaselessly lecture -- though I've a hunch you won't be satisfied with any outcome.

<quoted text>He definitely was a kid that did not know how to follow rules, go ahead and deny that. So because my son is in college, hubby and I work, that makes LG automatically wonderful and a productive member of society no matter what she does? Huh, who knew? I just informed her she could do whatever she wants; she is in society's good graces, thanks to her family. She's ecstatic that there are no expectations on her.
Do you understand the meaning of the word "class"?

Minors are dependent by definition. LG is and so was Trayvon.

Trayvon was dependent on his two working parents. This is not evidence of parasitism or membership in a dependent class. It is evidence that he is a minor.

With regard to "class," there is every evidence that his family is working class, producers, tax-paying citizens.

What if it comes out that Zimmerman resisted arrest and the cops smacked him around?

Na, I'm outta this conversation. No many unknowns and it's Florida, anything can happen land.

Well, you could register.

Of course, your odds of getting cut off, given your typical posting style, is somewhat greater than even George.

You weren't here, but Reality Speaks and I came to the same conclusion about this one. Put together one hoodrat and redneck with a gun, and sooner or later bad things are going to happen.

The redneck overreacted, but blacks, especially black thugs, have an entitlement mentality that they don't have to follow instructions and there's nothing whitey can do about it. Explosive combination, but everybody is afraid to articulate the proper teachable lesson here: Nice, polite black kids with good manners generally don't get shot by rednecks.
