Suspending his license for life only means he will not have to purchse one. He will drive anyway, reference his 2 convictions since the woman died. It isn't fair to let a guy drive the rest of his life without buying a license when the rest of us have to keep renewing ours.

It also isn't fair that he was allowed to reproduce.

Absolutely right ................this clown will keep on driving...............In Ohio he will still be able to register a car and get insurance if he can afford it. until the state gets some laws with teeth it will continue to happen

It appears that it won't matter that he has lost his license for life. How many times has he been stopped for suspended license, no license, etc.

He'll just keep on driving and killing people and having no respect for anything or anybody!

This guy gets 4 years for pushing someone out of a moving car to her death, and the drunk gets 8 years for a accidental death in a fight between friends. How fu is our judicial system?

He may continue to drive without a license but he will just end up going back to jail again and again with the sentences being longer each time.

so let me get this straight... he got pulled over two other times for driving without a license... and to teach him a lesson they will take his license away! I bet he'll never drive again! hah... bs... he should be in jail for life... hes obviously no benefit to society.. hopefully hes cocky in prison and gets the beatdown he so deserves. Maybe they can do the system one better and make it so he never walks again either.

I believe he was eligible for up to 5 years, per an older Dispatch article. And the judge agrees he has no respect for the law, but doesn't give him the max? Why? I agree with a previous poster - what circumstances give him only 4 years, but the drunk who accidentally killed his friend got 8? And to any supporters of this kid, don't say this was an accident or the girl was partly responsible. Anyone who knows this kid's family or, ahem, lives near them, know that his mom and dad are well known for their own violent fighting. Apparently they taught him well...

How about never letting him buy or register a vehicle again, and if someone loans him their vehicle, they just lost it. Plus jail time to the loaner if for nothing else, just being stupid.

He'll be out of prison before his daughter, whose mother he killed, turns 10 years old. Then he'll be back on the streets once again driving without a license and once again will get his hands slapped. No justice. Just like the case of the McGinnis kid. He's driving on a suspended license, runs from police, has an accident and two weeks later he kills an innocent child and the debate is whether to try him as a juvenile or an adult. Our judical system makes no sense.

Just think of the fees and insurance he won't have to buy. He also will get three hots and a cot for four years. He may have to be Bubba's boy-toy for a while.

Quick, get a calculator!

========

_"Ashley Dillow, 19"

_"Conley is the father of Dillow's daughter, who was born in 2004."

2010 - 2004 = 6 (age of child)

19 - 6 = 13 (age of brood cow)

If you know one of the families you must know the other and they had their problems too, they had a daughter at age 13 was aloud to stay out all night with this boy and have a child why were they not watching her closer? Also they fight seems that their daughter was a good fighter also and knew how to break windows out of cars, where did she learn to drink? Lets ask her family they are the one's who have a drinking problem. The only one I feel sorry for is the child, she has lost a mother and her grandparents hate each other and blame her dad if drugs and fighting were involved they both were not in their right mind and should never had been out on the streets so lets just blame everyone an everything for someone loosing their life and hope that heals the hurt that everyone feels. But what about the hurt the child feels and will feel for years with all the name calling blaming and bashing lets just forget about her hurt because we are all adults and can justify our rage, yep that's the way to handle things no respect for the law? I say no respect for the love of a child who now has lost both parents and has to deal with the grandparents rage keep it up your gonna mess her life up too, you did so well with the mom and the dad.
