Let's call a spade a spade and a spixican a spixican. Soon obama's parasite class is going to go on wilding rampages until holder established car insurance as a civil right and sticks YT with the bill. And the illegals? They'll drive drunk 24/7 365 until the amnesty includes a free car insurance voucher...again paid for by YT. Neither parasite class obeys the law anyhow. This will make them less uncomfortable.

their is something I think everybody needs to know about their underinsured and uninsured motorist say you have 100/300 thousand and full coverage. So lets say a guy hits you and has state min ins so you turn the rest in on your policy.Ill bet your agent or ins company neither one told you that you will have to get a lawyer take them to court in front of a jury to get what ever the jury wants or thinks you deserve.I paid my payment every year over 2000.00 for 5 autos and they never once had to take me to court to get me to pay. You pay this and think your covered but bad time to find all this out.I think it is fraud and thief if they take money for this and want to fight you all the it took us over 4 years of fighting with them and going to court to get only about a third of what they owed . And you have to give your lawyer a third of that.so before this happens to you ask your agent and ins co about it and tell them you are recording them like they do when you call them and see if they will answer you because its one of the biggest thief of money that I have ever scene just think you pay this for 20 or 30 years and it happens to you all I can say is good luck.

I couldn't either. But I don't see a problem with the state raising the minimums for liability, especially if they haven't changed since 1969. 40 years, and those limits were never changed?

"Minimums of $12,500 for injury or death involving one person,$25,000 for two or more people and $7,500 for property damage will increase to $25,000,$50,000 and $25,000, respectively,..."

Those numbers are a drop in the bucket for damages and injury or death these days.

These though are the numbers that shocked me:

"Uninsured motorists are involved in as many as 50,000 crashes a year and are at fault three-fourths of the time, according to state statistics."

75% of all uninsured motorists are at fault for 37,500 crashes a year? Ouch.
