Sorry, bigot... the Constitution *plainly* states that *all* persons *born* in the US are citizens.
If you think Obama's was ineligible, then so was John McCain, because he was born in Panama, and NOT the Canal Zone. That was the emphasis of Solum's article, which he revised at a later date with a revision of the line you quoted.
Keep trying to perpetuate your birther fantasy, Georgie... maybe one day you'll find reality.
I would have been just as happy if McCain had been ruled ineligible. Believe me.
BTW, ever heard of Chester Arthur? Same issue as Obama.
As for bigot? Pretty tough to be bigoted against myself. I'm not a natural born citizen despite being born in Massachusetts.

John Husted is the only hope Ohio has of seeing a Republican in the Governor's office in the next 20 years. He works hard at being open to all ideas and at the same time maintaining a level of integrity and honesty guys like John Kasich can't even touch.
John Husted isn't worth the sweat dripping off my balls. He is a R.I.N.O. at best a subversive communist at worst.

Her sort has to use that sort of thing to feel better about herself.

As in someone who doesn't goosestep to the tune of the Koch Brothers, darling?

It was good to see a Secretary of State doing their job, unlike the last Republican to hold that job, Ken "God guaranteed I'll be Governor!" Blackwell! That man should be festering in a dark, dank prison somewhere for his crimes against the Voting Rights Act and the 14th Amendment!

Your "speed", sweetling, is about 200mph.... in reverse!

Perhaps Ms. Brunner can share Mr. Blackwell's cell.

PLEASE! Jen Brunner did more to clean up the mess in the Sec of State's office, not to mention crack down on the crap going down in the Cuyahoga County, BOE.

She imposed a stricter set of ethics, she required a signed statement of adherence to those rules, and she required a Delivery Presiding Judge of each party to deliver the ballots to the BOE!

All Kenny Pukewell did was give the 2004 election to Bush when he purposefully and deliberatey made sure Republican precincts got extra touch-screen machines, and shorted Democratic ones as well as all colleges and university precincts!
