Gas was $1.89 a gallon when Obama took office.

Consumer reports states that the national average price for a gallon of gasoline was $1.85-1.89 a gallon in January 2009, when Obama took office in his first term.

While most of us understand that the President does not set prices, we all remember how the Libs & Democrats and the news practically blamed the President every single time that gas prices went up even a nickel while Bush was in office.

With gas prices fluctuating wildly again, where is the outrage now Libs?

Funny how they realize how gas prices work now that a Democrat's in office.

the very sad thing about the price of gasoline is the devalued dollar is almost 20% reason for it.

Exactly.
Inflation is a tax caused by the Federal Reserve.
Ben Bernanke should be publicly flogged, tarred and feathered.

[Actually, his punishment should be much worse, but Big Sis is watching....]

I don't know what you were attempting to say..........

but our dollar has lost 20% of the value due to strength.

our debt is weakness.

Did you forget the USA was " Downgraded"

interest on our debt that is paid yearly now has total expenditures equal to the largest govt agency.
interest is going to bankrupt this country.

the devaluation of the dollar increases cost on everything imported.

the devaluation of the USA dollar hurts every single American Citizen employed or unemployed.

250 gallons that is only 5 55 gallon drums alloying for expansion due to temp change. That would be 5.952381 barrels at 113.56 per barrel that comed to $675.95
That is fpr the good stuff if you pick it up. Now I have some crap I can let go for 89 per barrel but you will have to get that in Illinois.

AND the public's perception/ opinion of blacks was better. The only good job the stain obama has done is removing the mistaken belief that blacks were not an angry, resentful, rioting hoard of gimmie rats.

Are you that black guy who used to be at the high gas price rallies up on High Street in Clintonville several years ago? There was supposed to be some homeless black dreck holding up a sign: "I don't use oil, I ride the bus". MORON.

Must be that bus on an episode of the Flintstones. Everybody puts their feet on the ground and runs.

Ask the banksters why they're keeping forclosure inventory off of the market and why realtors do not face price fixing investigations.

Seems to be dependent which banks and/or markets. Sales are way up in Phoenix after a slew of foreclosure sales last month.

All true. While Bernanke prints another $40 Billion dollars of worthless paper per month, furthering inflation and wages remain stagnant.

Our economy may never recover. Time to wake up and realize that.
