Judge finds driver guilty in pedestrian death at Nationwide Children's
A Franklin County judge has ruled that a shuttle-bus driver is guilty of vehicular manslaughter in the death of a pedestrian outside Nationwide Children's Hospital last year.

That is bogus. The jaywalkers just popped out of a hole in the fence into the roadway.

Walking in the road and the driver gets charged. Roads are for vehicles if no aide walk was available then these two ahould have paid more attention and been ready to get out of the way.
