Nope, just throwing your low-brow bullying right back at you. Again.

I'm sure Topix doesn't want you to die, they'd lose half (at least) of their income.

The RNC would save a boatload of money though.

Bullying? You poor thing. As my son says, "bully" is the new "racist." Words that have been twisted and overused by the leftist social engineers and agenda-driven tools into insignificance.
And the RNC can vaporize for all I care. They should have learned a lesson from the turnout figures, but I doubt it. They've been clueless since Dole.

Wrong. You're just ignorant. Doesn't take a lot of intelligence to get you to chase your flea-bitten tail. Bless your little heart, but I do believe you don't understand sarcasm an iota.

I feel that this should have been handled internally, not taken out into the public and definitely not by filing a lawsuit! If you are going to file a lawsuit and make things public, then I feel you should disclose what the complaint is about and not "seal the documents" not allowing the public to know what this is really about.

I think it is unfortunate the Bob took such drastic measures considering how long both men have been with the station. Maybe Bob should kind of watch his actions considering Bob Nunnally isn't a "real meteorologist", I don't watch the morning news merely because I feel I can't trust his "forecast" and definitely won't watch now considering how Bob has conducted himself toward a co-worker. I do hope the station takes action against Bob, Bob Nunnally is making a fool of himself and of the station by filing a lawsuit against a fellow meteorologist. He does this to a co-worker? WOW! With a friend/co-worker like Bob Nunnally who needs an enemy?

This is a terrible, sad, unfortunate situation considering Bob Nunnally won't release what "hurt his feelings" he had the court documents sealed. If you are going to cry wolf, tell us what the Big Bad Wolf did to you! I heard Bob Nunnally is not a real meteorologist, he does not have the same credentials as his co-workers or the other stations meteorologist. What ever happened with taking your concerns to the co-worker and working thru them considering how long they have worked together? What ever happened with allowing your HR department handle the concerns? I have never heard of such a thing as filing a lawsuit against a fellow employee. I AM SURPRISED THE STATION HAS NOT FIRED BOB given his actions and the embarrassment he has caused the station. Central Ohio can't rely on Bob's forecast anyway and he's hard to understand. I have seen him in public settings, he is not even dressed professionally. Sad, sad day when you do something like this to a co-worker and demand money like he did in the court documents I read on line and in the papers. Apparently Bob Nunnally was just after money, not trying to rectify the problem by allowing it to be handled at work. It's demeaning that he did this to the station and to his superiors. If I were his supervisor I would be ashamed/embarrassed that he didn't let me handle the situation. But hey, if I was looking to just get money I would file a suit against someone too. If he had a real complaint, don't you think it would have been noted in the court documents? What a joke!

Wow. 65 posts and 5 or 6 on topic. Oh well. Haven't seen Nunnally lately on the morning show. Vacation? Suspension? Much rather see Monica Day, or about anybody else.

We tend to chatter here, it's what makes a community.

Nunnally was on this week, saw him. Latest podcast on the Channel 4 website: http://www2.nbc4i.com/weather/2012/dec/06/bob... .

Are you kidding? Bob is one of the most articulate people in broadcasting. As for the lawsuit, maybe he did try to settle it face to face with Jym and got nowhere. Its been settled out of court, sealed and we may never know exactly what happened.

[Quote: Length of service has nothing to do with it. If Jym really did something wrong, he may see the door; you, out of anyone, should know that. We can only surmise what it may be since they are not releasing certain components of the case."QUOTE]
Are you kidding? Jym see the door? Where have you been all these years? When he can convince a doctor (working for the same channel) to "give" him drugs he's addicted to, that doctor loses his license over it and Jym still has his job - do you really, really think that Bob will have any standing? And as to Bob - something is "off kilter" there lately. Almost like pre-bipolar.

The best way to end all this is just to give the best hours to Ben Gelber who is by far the best and most profesional weatherman in Columbus. He certainly doesn't have the "big head" that Jm has and he is a real SCIENTIST NOT A LEFTOVER FROM THE RADIO. THERE ARE MANY, MANY REAL DEGREED METEOROLOGISTS LOOKING FOR WORK. Too bad for channel 4 that they lost their great weekend anchor with Mindy. Good luck to the new guy! He is doing a great job. I repeat....put Ben on all the time in the prime spots!
