I don't know... he can prove culpability, but proving damages would be difficult.As far as the civil case against NBC, seems like Zimmerman has a clear shot as NBC 'doctored' and eliminated statements that lead the listener to believe Zimmerman was profiling and it that would most certainly taint his upcoming criminal case.
He needs no criminal representation on this and, most likely, NBC will make a out of court settlement.
