The direct-translation (literal-translation) of this may be
"Make peace my job".

This sentence makes no sense for me.

I cannot translate this Japanese [Reference] into English.
I cannot understand Japanese-language well.

It seems to me that Japanese-Forces say
"We donot want to fight", or
"Peace is my jobs."

(Or maybe, at best,)
("Making peace is our jobs".)
(But, I cannot read this poster like so.)

More likely,
it seems to me that
Japanese-Forces are saying with this poster as follows.
Sipping tea and eating "sweet beans jelly" behind American-Forces,
and
sometimes working for relief for natural-disaster or PKO.

While you make a host of rather authentic L2 Japanese to English errors, you seem not to be able to read or write romanji, which rather seems to indicate a rather specific sort of trolling or a terribly disturbed 4 nensei with a wide range of translation tools at hand.

If he's trolling, it's a pretty elaborate effort. The fact that he resists the request that he post in romaji is rather strange for a Japanese person.
