What Romney was talking about was getting foreigners to take those jobs requiring higher education because our so-called higher education doesn't spit out graduates that can do the jobs American companies need.<quoted text>
Because it would likely bring them large campaign contributions from those companies that would like an influx of cheap foreign workers.

I'm no Romney fan by a long shot. But I do understand what he was after because this is something the Republicans have harped about for years. Apparently, our college graduates are inept for such employment.
