Ummmm....if it wasn't a problem, why is it mentioned here?

You mean this:

Q: What is the policy on lewd behavior?
A:
Folsom Street Events encourages all fairgoers to express behavior that is safe and within the law. We encourage everyone to take personal responsibility for providing a positive communal environment for the adult alternative lifestyle community. Lewd acts will be disrupted by our security volunteers who reinforce this message for anyone found on the fairgrounds to be in violation of our policy.

At the suggestion of SFPD, we have implemented a more aggressive graduated policy for violators of the lewdness policy.

Step 1: Verbal warning
Inform the fairgoer that the behavior is not allowed and that they will face ejection from the fair on the next occurance.
Step 2: Reminder
Fairgoer will be reminded of the first warning and given a personal escort off the fair grounds with notification to gate volunteers not to allow re-entry. Warn the fairgoer that on the next violation of this policy we will escalate to SFPD.
Step 3: Turn over to SFPD
SFPD will be called to assist and requested to cite the fairgoer who has violated the lewdness policy.

Lewd behavior in second and third story windows on the fairgrounds will be referred directly to SFPD for intervention.

Do you understand that vows are sacred and those in attendance at a wedding are there to signify their support of the sacred union?
Interestingly, one of the participants in the same-sex wedding to which I was invited returned to the closet a couple of years later...and re-emerged a heterosexual.

I hope I've expressed that event in an acceptably PC manner.

LOL.

You forgot the part right above that.

"Can I be nude at Up Your Alley or at the Folsom Street Fair?"

There is no Federal law against nudity but neither is it a guaranteed right. This means that state, county and local laws can take precedence. Nudity, per se, is not a crime in California unless a person is lewd. The San Francisco District Attorney's office has consistently discharged public nudity citations because "being naked in San Francisco is not a crime" (D.A. spokesperson Debbie Mesloh, September 2004). Folsom Street Events maintains local community standards, such as at Bay to Breakers and the Castro Street Fair. As fair organizers, we do draw the line with public sex (see below).

I'm not your honey. I'm straight and I have a ridiculously awesome male in my life who calls me such endearments. Thanks, though!

The futre belongs to those who procreate. Even in nature, the male lion, bear, tiger all do three things, fight, eat and procreate. The gay is sterile like the mule offstring of a horse and donkey, which is completely unnatural.

The gay family tree is a short one as gay means the extinction of one's genes.

Unnatural to say the least.

Does that agenda-driven piece make you feel better about humping Che?

Animal behavior is not a yardstick by which we measure the behavior of rational mankind.

No, gay people are not sterile.

a man of conviction would have held a press conference.

I love my son, but he is gay. If I want to continue to have a relationship with my son, then I must stay blind to his behavior. I do not condone my son's behavior, but I still love him nonetheless.

marriage= the bond between man & woman.

My son won't be getting married as far as I can tell because he has a boyfriend.

As an adult my son can make his own decisions as long as he lives by the consequences of them.

His relationship forbids marriage by both God, and Constitutional bans by states where the majority spoke often.

My son is my son and I love him. There are no politics here, and nothing to be spun. Everything said above is 100% factual truth, and I wish my son happiness.

Ooooooh...I've been waiting for you to make that point.
I think it directly conflicts with your prior ones about homosexuality being un-natural..."deviant " if you will.

That's why none of you twits can answer this question about homosexuality:

If homosexuality presents itself in both humans and animals, and animals have no sense of human "morality" to throw into the mix, did God just fuck up?

But--were you in Portman's shoes, there would be no place at your Thanksgiving table for this son. According to your recent post on another thread.

Because he has a son who is gay, or just general principles.
