Most of us gun owners want the current laws enforced. We also want stiffer penalties for violating laws and for using guns in crimes. I say we should have more mandatory minimums and with hard labor. No parole and hard labor if you use a gun in a crime.

I don't think we need further laws. I don't think we need a magazine limit ban (Ohio has had a ban on mags over 30 rounds for several years) or an assault weapons ban. There was no proof that the previous assault weapons ban did anything to deter crime or save lives. All it did was keep law abiding citizens from owning an AR15.

If I can own 3 assault rifles and they've never killed anyone and several millions of other gun owners can do the same then perhaps the gun is not the issue?
