I recall recently that at the Georgia GOP state convention, the Governor blasted the feds for directing a large amount of refugees into Georgia.
The Atlanta paper called him, guess what, racist.

We should have killed them all over there. Only good skinny is a dead skinny. Even the Pakis hate them. They are just feral animals.

Speer is easily the single most accurate source on Hitler, anything Hitler said positive on Christianity was for political purposes. The Australian PM, who is not a Christian, has said positive things about Christianity, Speer is making a similar point.
Haven't seen anything where PP has murdered anyone.

Even Speer said he maintained an element of Catholicism up to his death.

I don't necessarily have anything against Christians. I have many Christian friends. But they're also the kind of people who truly follow the religion and furthermore, don't try to enforce their beliefs onto others. They're good people. Some people really need a structure like Christianity in the lives.

It is very inconsistent, yes. The entire religion is. But all religions have inconsistencies. And if you study religion, you see more and more why. They're all a rip-off of another religion.

Then you be the judge. People are very eager to have some kind of experience, to feel like there is a purpose, and mortals especially have a huge fear of the fact that this life of ours does not go on forever. People trick themselves into believing whatever they want to believe.

For my part, I don't fear the unknown, nor do I fear my mortality or the idea that this life may be the only life I have. It's that reasoning that allows me to live each day and make the most out of it as much as I can. If you or others want to believe in an afterlife, I can't see that it has any negative effects. But I don't believe it, a lot of other people don't believe it and there's nothing out there that proves there is one.

I don't think so. Don't see any atheists flying planes into buildings or calling for all Muslims to be deported. Atheists generally want you religious zealots to have it out with each other, do whatever you need to do and leave the rest of us alone.
Regardless of your opinions of these people, they all claimed to be Christian. Even Hitler.
Religion is the number one divider of people.
Pardon me, but I know atheists who would be very happy to see Muslims deported. Your thinking is very young and idealistic.

How do you explain a 4 year old who is a maestro? Or children who can sing perfect opera at a young age? How do you explain NDE's, found in almost all people who have died and come back - religious or not? How do you explain being intensely familiar with a neighborhood you've never been in before, or a person who you are sure you know but you're just now meeting for the first time? The fact of the matter is, you don't know any more than any one else does and yes, you strike me as melancholy and not happy.

There are some, but they don't come close to the numbers of believers who feel the same way. There are more extremist atheists than I am who feel religion should be outlawed in a public forum. There are also Christians who don't think Muslims should be deported. It isn't a one-size-fits-all kind of concept, you know.

Great. Do you want to keep quoting things that bolster your argument. Go right ahead. Pissing contests are you and Georgie's things. I've done my fair share of research on the subject. Don't need to be schooled by someone with an agenda.
