During MSNBC’s Martin Bashir on Tuesday, the entire panel of contributors and guests conceded that the prosecution has done a poor job of framing George Zimmerman as being guilty of second degree murder when he shot and killed Tryavon Martin in 2012. One guest noted that, given the weakness of the evidence presented against Zimmerman thus far, the state would likely be wrapping up the prosecution phase soon.

John Jay College forensics professor Lawrence Kobilinsky told Joy-Ann Reid that the evidence thus far presented against Zimmerman is insufficient to prove second degree murder.

“What I’m hearing is the state’s case is getting weaker and weaker as every day goes by,” he said.“I think they’re going to be wrapping up pretty soon.”

“I have to agree with the people who spoke before me,” said MSNBC contributor Goldie Taylor after dismissing the prosecution’s effort to frame Zimmerman as delusional.“Even though I’ve got some problems with George Zimmerman’s testimony – even though I have a problem with how it seems to not jive with the physical evidence we’ve heard so far — that I think the prosecution has got to put on a much stronger case.”

Georgetown University Professor Michael Eric Dyson agreed.“I don’t think there is much expectation that Mr. Zimmerman will be found guilty,” he said.“I think that there are mass people invested in this case because their children are vulnerable like Trayvon Martin feel that he is being re-traumatized and that there is little hope he will be convicted.”

I dare Obama to speak out after the acquittal...then we can pin the riots on him as well as the usual suspects.

Obama is already responsible.

By injecting himself and his personal racism into what should have been a MINOR local story, he yet again proved he is not fit to be the POTUS.

Not a chance of him remaining silent, especially if he has to do damage control for Biden and/or Holder when they start jawing about going after George with a federal civil rights charge.

Absolutely agree.
Obama tainted this incident from the get-go.
In fact, his public comments should have been cause for dismissal.

Sadly, he didn't even set the precedent...GHWB did in 1991 when he wrung his hands over Rodney getting his well deserved ass-kicking:

"What I saw made me sick. It's sickening to see the beating that was rendered. There's no way in my view to explain it away. It was outrageous."

He deserved to lose in '92. For a lot of reasons.

You're spot on, Tipster. That should have been addressed early on by the defense.

maybe even killed with a brain bleed.

so being prepared with a gun, is much better than dead from a brain bleed.

just think.....if everyone had a gun, crime would drop immediately because the punishment is getting shot.

so the best crime prevention, is to prevent crime with force.

sorry if this disrupted your plans for the weekend. Maybe instead you will learn to earn, and not attempt to take.

Then MSNBS is giving dog, er well rat whistle code to begin rioting and smashing up YT's world once the case is dropped on a directed verdict or an acquittal.

Something else to remember and this is where the dirty, feces hnd of obama can be seen. This case is a start to challenging and removing the civil immunities to the Castle Doctrine laws. See, obama and the PTB could care sh^tless if groids are killed, but the lawyers who extract shakedown from YT? A new protected class.

There was NO CRIME until Zimmerman got out of his truck as he was told NOT to. with a gun...

He created his own bed and I sure hope he gets to lay in it for 30 years!

Interupt that!
