LEANDER, TX --( Ammoland.com )- Due to the recent and numerous new Anti-gun/Anti-2nd Amendment laws passed and/or pending across our country, LaRue Tactical has been forced to reconsider how we provide products to state and local agencies.

Effective today, in an effort to see that no legal mistakes are made by LaRue Tactical and/or its employees, we will apply all current State and Local Laws (as applied to civilians) to state and local law enforcement / government agencies.

In other words, LaRue Tactical will limit all sales to what law-abiding citizens residing in their districts can purchase or possess.

State and local laws have always been a serious focus of this firm, and we are now dovetailing that focus with the constitutional rights of the residents covered in their different areas by the old and new regulations.

We realize this effort will have an impact on this firmís sales Ė and have decided the lost sales are less danger to this firm than potential lawsuits from erroneous shipments generated by something as simple as human error.

Thanks in advance for your understanding.

Mark LaRue

Here's the kicker. Police can get a full auto H&K UMP in .45 ACP for about $2500, but citizens can't and any similar full auto in the Class III world would easily cost $20,000. Also, a merc outfit like Xe (nee Blackwater) can own a GE M-134 minigun with a DoD express paperwork option, and since there's good money in gvmt, it can afford the $220,000.
Bout time that private rifle ranges toss the police off, too.
Way ahead of you...

I never let law enforcement use my ranges. Nor do I allow to park on my land to do paper work run radar or watch porn on the laptops. Pull out a cattle crossing grate on one they had to have a roll back come to get the cruiser.

My grandparents were the same way when cops tried to sit and run radar from their land.

I don't call 911 thus without a warrant cops have no right to be on my property. I had a prosecutor try to claim that since they were parked on a right of way to a well they could be there. My reply was since she could not.understand that it was not a public right of way but a roadway I would bring a bus load of ex cons by since her mouth and puss must be public right of ways since sucking and phuqqqqing had to be how she got through law school.

They used to allow police and law enforcement to use one of the ranges I belonged to in ohio. They stole everything that wasnt bolted down. They stole several steel targets that were handmade. When the range changed the lock on the gate someone broke the lock off and stole even more stuff. We had a pretty good idea who it was. Of course being who it was nothing was ever done about it.

Badges vests and words on paper can't protect a trough feeder from a head shot.
