You know the best thing about a single payer system? It doesn't care about your living situation, income or marital status. It just provides medical care for those accidents and illnesses. Since it's designed to deliver to everyone, for national health systems, it'll just deliver to everyone it can reach.

But you see fairly clearly that the recent troubles are due to a rather misguided attempt to use austerity methods in public health to right budgets! That's progress!

The US can afford it better than it can afford the current system. Look up how much is spent per capita and by GDP percentage for these nations on healthcare. Not only does the US have a system that individually penalizes the sick or injured, you may the highest rates in the world for the privilege. Really, we can't afford not to start cutting the profit out of the system.

Your solution is what? Oh, right. You have none. You just bitch at everyone who tries to do anything.
You would prefer to allow people to get rich while people die. How Christian of you.
Like your liberal friends you judge everything on good intentions and never on results. Name it, war on poverty, healthcare, gun control it all has gone down hill under liberal, progressive ideas.

Your very leader and Messiah has seen the rich get richer and the poor grow in numbers while the middle class has declined in both wealth and numbers.

Your cite the direct quote from the whore of the Rich, Oblamo saying conservatives don't want people to have health insurance. If people worked they could afford insurance, food and housing yet your leaders want to provide it all instead of allowing them to prosper from their own actions.

Now look up today's talking points so you will know how to reply.

A single payer system would fix all of that.
We already have a two way system and that isn't working.

We have the ones that pay and the ones that take. Believe me, after the past 6 months of lies, deceit and fabricated numbers we are much closer to going back to the way it was than any single payer crap.

The libs are at it again. Saying we didn't go far enough and that single payer will fix Oblamocare.

Haven't we heard this before. We have expanded food stamp and other welfare programs exponentially and all we have is more people on them with a declining standard of living for all.

You see, before we talk single payer I am still waiting:

For the deficit to be cut in half.

For all the uninsured to have insurance.

Shovel ready jobs.

The summer of jobs.

The world to be at peace with America.

For increased home ownership.

I can go on and on. You libs make it so easy to cite the failures under this empty suit community organizer.

And let us not forget the overwhelming question 4 years after passing of the famed Oblamocare which "signed up" 7M.

What's the plan for the 6X more than 7M "signed up" number who don't have any coverage?

Since the libs care so much more than conservatives I am sure they have a plan.

Or is the plan the same as the 7M that "signed up"? Show up at the emergency room, abuse free insurance because many don't appreciate anything they didn't earn?

What the libs can't understand is it all starts with jobs.

When all that are capable of contributing participate there will be healthcare, food and housing. It is a proven fact that people appreciate more what they earn.

Strange, as many of the countries with the highest standards of living have rather spectacular welfare systems. Could you talk a bit about what makes the US different in this regard, and why it uniquely would have social support correlate with a drop in the standard of living?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countrie...

All the nations at the top are white, except homogenous Japan and South Korea, and police state Singapore

The most generous welfare states, the Nordics, until their recent suicidal impulse of Muslim immigration, were homogenous white, Lutheran nations. High trust index.

The US arguably has never been homogenous, the closest it ever got was the period of 1945-1965, derided today as "cultural conformism". And it therefore has always had a low trust index, exacerbated today in multicultural utopia.

More welfare state spending today primarily is known to benefit the D party's voter base, and it weakens social capital. So we get Putnam's "Bowling Alone" and Charles Murray's "Coming Apart"

BTW, Jobbik at one-fifth of Hungary's votes, EU is headed for failure

WELFARE. No wonder you dirt bags are stroking your peckers.
and the other half? Who cares!? There are way more uninsured citizens in the US so the bar was set low. If it were really "affordable", everybody would be signed up. I would say spending your monthly pension entirely on healthcare isn't really "affordable" if you're retired. Or having to pay 300 dollars a month based on your income last year, yet currently you make less or are unemployed.
