Ron Paul should be president there, it would be really good president. His son is wise too. He has hopefully chance to be president.

That's a hoot coming from the same guy who wrote:
"It looks as if the president, intoxicated by moral clarity, has decided that whatever the cost, whatever the risks, he will invade Iraq. And that's not policy, but obsession."

And I repeat: When did Syria and Russia become enemies of the United States? Over dinner?

Yeah, begging. Cut and paste article is your way of doing what exactly?

Not one country wants a fight with the US, especially Russia. Putin can talk all the shit he wants, but he will never cross Obama and the US. You scare pretty easily so I can see how you take this. Most cowards like you are scared of their own shadows. Understandably.

Putin and Assad are playing tough guy for the media, but not one of them or their country's are willing to piss this country off. Did you forget the Boston bombers are Russian? Putin is scared of retaliation from terrorist if we strike.

You fkn rednecks can't see pass the cowshit in your eyes. Let me explain military strategy, Putin and Assad...

Russia's navy access to the strategically important base in the port of Tartus on Syria's Mediterranean coast, as well as the arms it sells to the SYRIAN GOVERNMENT...There is an arms trade, idiot...The Kremlin sent $1 billion worth of weaponry to the Assad regime in 2011, the year the war broke out, dumbass. Assad falling would make Putin look really bad, shithead.

You are about as dumb as they come, sheep. Keep backing the Putin and Assad team. You're the kind of idiot that falls for these kinds of tricks. Maybe move to Russia, stupid.

Nobody disputes that. You're running around in circles. The point is, Syria under Assad was stable before the Arab Spring, and we all know who has been the chief promoter of that nightmare.

Syria and Russia may not be exactly enemies of the United States, but they're not BFFs either. It's not like Syria and Russia are texting the US to make sure they saw how big China's ass looks in that dress.
what do you mean$ I thought everybody thought those Arabs loved us for "liberating" them.

old news kiddy and yes, everybody knows about iraq. Its why congress won't get a vote for aggression on syria. The facts are more important to people than a rush to war. It (Iraq) was a learning experience for the american public and the bush doctrine ( axis of belligerence, remember bush including Syria?) Has been stopped dead in its tracks. Obama's attempt to rush to war shows he's just another neocon, sorry.

Imagine a civil war here in the states again and let's say china armed and funded one side. Imagine if when the other side fought back Chinese leadership tried to use it as an excuse to go to war . look at the inhumane Americans attacking their own people...... imagine if the attack was staged or carried out by the Chinese funded army and they wanted to rush to war before anything could be determined.

That's quite an accomplishment when you consider the cast of characters here.

You're right...the Russians got results:

The Russians had made clear in talks here between Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and Kerry that the negotiations could not proceed under the threat of a U.N. resolution authorizing a military strike. Russia also wanted assurances that a resolution would not refer Syrian President Bashar al-Assad to the International Criminal Court for possible war-crimes prosecution.

The draft, negotiated with the United States and Britain, was met with public statements from Lavrov and Russian President Vladimir Putin that they would not negotiate under threat.

Washington and London have now backed off the use-of-force provision, and a revised French draft being circulated at the U.N. Security Council has weakened it. Instead, the draft calls for continuous review of “Syria’s compliance . . . and, if Syria does not comply fully, to impose further measures” that are unspecified.

One possible course of action, they said, is the internationally verified transfer of Syria’s chemical stockpiles to Russia, where they eventually would be destroyed.

Kerry got OWNED.
