Why bring Republicans into this discussion about the present situation in Syria? In case, you haven't noticed Obombo has a D behind his name which stands for the Democrat wing of the ASP, American Socialist Party plus has the entire RINO wing of the ASP behind him, ala John McCain and the rest of the RINO hierarchy.
Obombo is just carrying out the marching orders of the powers behind the throne.
Bush started this, Bush done that, Bush is this, Bush is that. Even I have sense enough to know Bush AIN'T prez. Obombo is prez.
Bush sent troops into Iraq and Afghanistan. Obombo sent troops into Pakistan and is now considering some sort of military action in Syria, on the side of al Qaeda and friends against Assad's government. But yet it is spun by, not necessarily Obombo lovers but Bush haters, Bush is the reason Obombo has to consider some action in the Syrian CIVIL war, according to Bush bashers.
Anyone who can handle the Benghazi affair as great and wonderful as Obombo has and does ought not to screw up things in Syria, right?
Bottom line, Obombo aint calling the shots. He is obeying what he is told to do by his mentors.

My thinking: quick aerial strikes. We don't have a lot of international support, there's that little Russia problem, and hey... we're reducing forces across all of the services--Navy, Air Force, Marines. Go figure. We are trying right now to rebalance our forces in the Pacific, because hey... if Egypt erupts, we might not have access to the Suez Canal if we need to get in there and we have to deal with North Korea. Did ya consider that? I don't like Obama much, but hey, this whole Syria thing is a bit of a pickle, there's reason for this situation dufus. I hope we can avoid getting involved there... seriously, this information is all out there if ya read.
Many military leaders are warning against this, and I agree. As the above poster said, Obama will do what he's told and more's the pity. Beware the Military Industrial Complex...

And how much are those "quick aerial strikes" going to cost the taxpayers huh? Are you going to pay for them missles??? You know damn well that would have feed tens of thousands of homeless children but since you are DINO democrat in name only you probably care less about people in this country!

I found it funny when it's the dem now who don't have the balls to speak out against Obama and his warmongering administration just like Bush. Surgical strike what a joke.

And are you ever going to shut up and go away? I happen to be fairly conservative, and only mentioned my observations, not my conclusions on the matter. Obama doesn't want boots on the ground, the WH basically condemned the chemical attacks against Syrian residents, and Obama is simply deciding what to do. My best guess? If he does anything, it'll be a quick aerial strike. My further guess: chances of that happening probably less than 50-50. But who knows?

Clinton signed it and said we could survive as a service-based nation. Funny, Obama cannot even create full-time low paying service jobs. He is a clown. So sad that our college graduates are professional part-time sandwich artists, thanks to dumocrats!

The President, must be doing a great job.

There are few on this thread that disagree with the President on asking Congress to vote on Syria.

NBC POLL:
80% agree with the decision the President made on Syria.

Probably they never called Sean Hannity, or Big Mouth Rush Limbaugh.

Can't really argue this although I don't totally agree.
We have continually been let down by our elected officials for the last 20 years. Congress and President's have seemed to serve their donors more than the people.
We have no energy policy and our dependent on a volatile region for oil although we have more than enough on our own continent.
We have able people that don't work. But these same people expect to get the same benefits of those that do.
Time for real American's to stand up and be recognized.
What most people failed to realize, or refused to realize, is that the officials are "selected" rather than elected. The democratic process is no longer working in this country the officials only work for the people who fund their campaigns. Unless congress change the law (and why should they?) you can see a vicious cycle. Doesn't really matter which party is in the White House or in Washington only fools who want to play the partisan game spend so much on their energy arguing and actually believe their votes make a difference.

You're so stupid you probably can't even balance your own check book. Do you really think we have any more money left to do a quick aerial strike? Maybe quicker than your husband strike on your womb? Or money just coming out of your ass you don't even think who are going to end up paying for this quick shit, every cruise missile costs 1.41 million, every drone costs 16.9 million the whole program costs 11.8 billion! Are you going to pay for another drone program in Syria out of your social security check?

I got an idea, if you warmongering jackass want another war, go pay that extra 50% on top of your tax otherwise stfu! Conservative my ass typical RINOs who think money just falling out of the sky!

Obama hasn't hidden anything from the American people. He has produced any and all documents, facts and information when asked to do so. Nothing has been hidden.
Unlike George W. Bush, when asked what he knew prior to 9/11/01. What does Chaney and him do? Instead of giving information seperately, they go in together behind closed doors. There were rules when they went in, certain questions could not be asked. Now we will not know in our lifetime what they knew. We can only speculate. Only after they have avoided going before a War Crimes Tribunal, will we ever know, the real truth.
Obama has been a disaster as President. The only group he hasn't betrayed are the gays. Obama has very little concern for Blacks despite their extreme devotion to Obama that borders on worship.

I get it, RTP. The Israelis are so stupid, they need America to protect them from the brilliant ones they are surrounded by, le arabs, Palestinians, eggyptians, turkeys and the rest of the middle easterners.
Since 1948, in the muzlim psyche the brilliant ones, the muzlims, have been toying with the ignorant ones, kinda like the bad people outside the cage jabbing the tiger in the ribs with sticks and the tiger crying.
the muzlims surrounding lil' ol' Israel are like big bad Obombo brown baddest man in DC town.
the surrounding muzlims, in their mind, are like the elephant stepping on a piss ant when in reality it is the piss ant chopping off the elephants testicles.
sincerely,
