History repeats itself.
Hitler and the Mufti were, indeed, very cozy.
They shared the same goal.

Amazing! So much energy in hate.
Demented thinking seems never to go the way of the dodo bird.

to fully understand this situation one must know all the facts. It's not just muslims Germany has an affair with. Most of the muslims living in Germany or at least the largest percentage of them are of the Turk variety. Germany and Turkey go a long way back. Turks have generally sided with the Germans in any war Germany has participated.
Behind quran some say Mein Kampf is the second most read book in muzziedom. Whether true or not muzziedom has always had a love affair with the Nazi brand of socialism. Possibly it's the way muzzie psyche views the Nazi brand of dealing with people.
Turks in Germany act different towards Germany and Germans than say Algerians in France towards the French, Pakis and Bangladeshis towards the British in Britain or the Caucasus muzzies towards Russia.
the relationship between the Turk muslims towards Germans is entirely different than muzlims in China, US, Britain or France.
IMHO, I think it goes beyond muzlim thinking and I think it is an affinity between the German psyche and Turk psyche.
Whereas during the Crimean War and other skirmishes between Turks and Russians, Turks during both halves of the WW were allied with Germany.
I hope this helps people to better understand the German-Turk relationship. There will not be the belligerence of Turks toward Germans like there is between muslims and the French, Brits, Americans, Indians, Russians, Poles and other European and Asian peoples.
There's is a respect and high esteem of Turks towards Germans.

It never ceases to amaze me how someone can self-righteously call millions of people "bigots" and never see that, by they're very words, they are revealing themselves to, in fact, be bigoted.

It's been my personal experience that bigotry is the bastard child of fear and ignorance. Be brave, and learn a little more about the "muzzies" and our beliefs before you grandly sit in judgement of millions of men, women and children who are, without a doubt, closely related to you by both blood and faith.

And no, no one in muzziedom reads Mein Kampf. Given the choice between that book and pretty much any other book ever written, who would read that musty old bit of trash? Probably not what you want to hear. Please, don't let me interrupt your self-righteous hate mongering. By all means continue your rants then go to bed secure in your own superiority and righteousness. Hmmm...who does that remind you of?

Anti-Muslim sentiment is the legitimate child of knowledge, observation, and love of the US Constitution.

"Muslim groups responded by demanding that the German government officially recognize Muslim holidays in Germany, beginning with the Eid al-Adha, the feast of sacrifice. In practice, this would require all federal, state and local government offices in Germany, as well as all non-Muslim German businesses, schools and stores, to be closed in observance of a Muslim religious festival."

They want full control, as in the other countries they inhabit. Eventually .....they will be the majority.
The whole article is about the Muslims not getting their way, and they were slighted, on and on. That's how they do it...prey on you, relentlessly and eventually you cave, YOU being a country.

Wow. They asked for their religious holidays to be recognized by the government? Thank God we don't do that here.

Did you read the article?

"The seventh annual German Islam Conference, for example, held in April 2012, was supposed to be focused on finding ways to deal with the spiraling rates of forced marriages and domestic violence among Muslims in Germany.

The main topic for discussion at the conference, however, was not on the official agenda: the unprecedented nationwide campaign by Islamic radicals to distribute 25 million free copies of the Koran—"A Koran in Every Home"—with the stated aim of converting millions of Germans to Islam.

German authorities view the Koran project as a recruiting campaign for radical Islam. Security analysts say the campaign is also a public-relations gimmick intended to persuade Germans that the Salafists—who want to implement Islamic Sharia law in Germany—are transparent and "citizen-friendly."

Former Interior Minister Hans-Peter Friedrich opened the one-day conference by declaring that Islamic extremism has no place in Germany. "We all agree that Salafist extremism is not acceptable and does not work in a free society, as we have in Germany," he insisted. "Religion must not be abused in an ideological bid for power."

Friedrich urged Muslim representatives attending the conference to join him in condemning the Salafists, but Muslims declined to meet him even half way. Instead, they dismissed fears over the Salafists as "hysterical" and "misguided."

The chairman of the Turkish Community in Germany, Kenan Kolat, personally intervened to prevent the Salafist issue from becoming part of the official conference agenda. In an interview with the newspaper Rheinische Post, Kolat justified his action by saying, "A hysterical debate is not helpful."

The chairman of the German Islamic Council, Ali Kizilkaya, told German public radio that non-Muslims were engaged in "a panicked discussion" about the Salafist campaign. He insisted: "It is definitely not the spirit of the Koran to foment unrest in society."

Muslims were equally unwilling to discuss the main item on the official conference agenda: "Gender Equality as a Common Value." Conference attendees refused even to acknowledge that there might be any connection between Islam and forced marriage.

German officials were left trying to put the best spin on the event, which ended without a joint press conference because of lingering Muslim pique at the "offensive" comments that were uttered at the press conference ending the event in 2011."

They stop talks because it's not going their way....awwwww.
Germany doesn't want radical Muslims in their country and that's what it's all about.

How would people choose between reading the Koran and the Bible that is already in all of the hotel rooms?

If given the opportunity, radical Christians would post the 10 Commandments in American courtrooms.
