<quoted text>Odd, how we never hear of this being an issue with Jews. Could it be because they act like civilized people who respect the fact that they are not entitled to a job?
Islam is not a religion and the entitlement we see in cases like this is political.
Take a look at what happens next:

Georgie, right on! I worked at Wexner Heritage House for nine years; even the strictest Orthodox Jews made "exceptions" if we were at a seminar, etc. Yes, no meat with dairy, but technically, not out of a kosher kitchen, it shall not pass your lips. Never saw a Jewish person, when requesting a no dairy and meat combo, ask to look to make sure the meat was kosher; let alone if it was OU, triangle K, markings make a difference as to the oversight and the respect it gets from the Orthodox community.

Probably because the accommodations are minimal and simply handled. Nobody gives it a second thought when all kinds of religious considerations are granted to Jews, Christians or other groups most of the time.
Maybe because they're REASONABLE accommodations and those who ask for them are RESPECTFUL.

There's a reason Mein Kampf was, and is, a best seller in Arabic.

Those were JINOs then right? What kind of true believer betrays his religion to just to fit in with a profane society?

I think its about time for the system to GET hostile. These "people" will ruin this country, given half a chance.

The Bible instructs Christians to love their enemies.
The Koran instructs Muslims to kill theirs (infidels).
Can you really not see the difference?
The Bible is for sissies. It is best to disregard it completely, not just the parts you don't like.

Agree.

Even the Swedes and the UK folks are starting to fight back against the Muslims and creeping Sharia law. These people belong in the Arabian Peninsula not a modern Western European culture.

And yet during the brief time I dated a Jewish girl, I brought her to my parents house to make lunch for both of us, and she wouldn't eat anything, because nothing we had was kosher. Talk about awkward.

It's worth noting that Islam allows you to violate the rules to deceive the infidel.
And New World colonial priests were allowed to tap the Indian women because they were infidel. A number of modern Christians justify dirty dealings with people if they are not Christian.

One thing I agree with; I think people should stay in their own country. And if you want to move to another country, adopt their customs, culture, language, etc. If not, stay home.

I find it odd that a girl that observant would date outside the faith.

Did you not see the Muslim with the bloody meat cleaver last week in London praising Allah and promising more holy war?
I saw what happened in London. For the record, that particular lunatic (my assessment) was not saying anything that resembled you let me in, you made accommodations for me and now I am ready to kill. In fact, his words were more about a desire to be left alone and a sense of retribution for perceived wrongs. But, they were the ravings of a lunatic, not what I judged to be evidence of any rational sense of cause and effect. In fact, it was hard to escape the irony that a man with a knife and a cleaver and dripping blood was angry at being seen as a radical extremist.

If you read in the Bible and the Quran, you can find both advice to kill infidels and to treat others with justice and respect, or with love. In fact, the Quranic passage regarding the killing of infidels is very similar to one found in Deutoronomy.

Certainly Christianity is very familiar with the concept of holy war. And lest you think that this is all in the long ago and far away, I am reminded of a contemporary minister recommending from the pulpit (and now on youtube) that all gay persons should be rounded up into a barbed wire enclosure and left to die.

She was away at college. We were both 20. Originally from Teaneck, NJ. Probably just a little youthful rebellion, Jewish style. I'm pretty sure she returned to the fold in later years, but I lost contact a few months later.

My sister in law is Jewish and my brother converted. Easter, which falls within Pesach, my Mom made a ham; ;she chastised me for offering her ham. She ate pie because the crust was thin so it didn't count to eating leavened bread during Passover.

I'm tired of people utilizing religion as a crutch of what they will or won"t do.
