Time to go polish my ocean liner.
like the typical scumbag liar you are....spinning a 36" boat in to an ocean liner is typical with everything you propose.

a lie.

and had you ever had a job with a boss who receives 200 emails a day, then short sweet bullet pointed communications all of a sudden make sense if you want them read.

and honestly I care less what you think, and rubbing your failures in your face is great fun.

I say so, and half the population agrees.

who cares what the other half says, they are not paying the bill.

If you think the people in the next year are not going to revolt, then you will be embarrassed again with your ignorance.

Why?
I have been audited 4 times in my life. Between the 4 audits I owed an additional tax of less than $500 between all 4 audits.
A real lawyer and real accountant represent me in the audits.
you were not considered because I hire real documented and recommended legal assistance, not from someone like yourself who pretends.
A real lawyer and real accountant.

Wow!

Would love to see the job postings for those.

How did they feel about defending your fantasies?

Does your boss let you sort his emails?

correct. You have it.

The other 33 feet minus the 3 foot swim platform truly makes boat a 33 footer in my opinion to.

Monday it will have walleye blood on it for first time.

your fantasy of my new boat is quite hysterical.

I think my canoe is over your head in operational technique, so you best stick with your fantasy.

The other boat being a ski boat.

to break your fantasy, ski boats are not required for alpine skiing.

I don't have a boss.

PS: 91 days of my 2012 Columbus city taxes do not require payment, because I was not in my office.

Yes it is documented with receipts and mileage records.

PSS: I am renting an office starting June 1st out of Franklin county for express purpose of eliminating a 2.5% city tax.

It was my pleasure to sequester the $7500 away from the rats.

Columbus does not tax on days, it taxes on income.

You were the one who made reference to a boss who receives over 200 emails a day.

BTW--you still live in Columbus, do you not? Are you paying taxes on that income somewhere else?

But if you're working OUTSIDE of Columbus for those days (and you don't live there), you don't pay Columbus tax for the income earned on those days.

I'm saying you made a mistake and instead of admitting it, you're "Are you saying..." me. Before I posted my response to you, BTW, I double checked with the City of Columbus Income Tax Division. You might want to do the same.

Takes a bit more than just being out of the city for a number of days.

If one has an employer or source of income in another place, then that INCOME would not (necessarily) be subject to Columbus taxation. But, the number of days would be irrelevant--which is the point I was making.

I believe that RS' story goes that his company is located in Columbus (except when it is located in Europe in order to avoid all US taxes) and he lives in Columbus.

Further, he claims to be some kind of entrepreneur whose income is solely based on commission (even though he claims not be be a salesperson).

So--given the constantly shifting fact-pattern, it is difficult to say anything with certainty. But, I believe that Columbus taxes residents and those who work in Columbus based on a set of agreements between the various local geo-political entities to avoid anyone being taxed where they live AND where they earn. So, if he was earning somewhere other than one of those entities with an agreement, I think he would still be taxed in Columbus.

Not completely sure of that.

However, I am absolutely certain that RS doesn't know about 50%(on a good day) of what he is talking about.

If you live in Columbus you will pay 2.5% tax on your income regardless of where it was earned.

If you live outside of Columbus you will pay 2.5% tax on income earned on Columbus.

Nothing is based on days worked.
