This is a viable change needed in the law....if they violate the public trust to break the law, their pension should be in jeopardy.....

I agree.

In the private sector criminal charges would be imposed, fired, lose pension and employer sponsored healthcare.

Public unions need made illegal to prevent these atrocities from happening.

Jail terms for offenders.

PS: 100% of the bonus money paid on any Columbus Schools employee paid back for years 2009-2013.

You are right on all counts. Bet very little will be done to them though and that Harris will retain her pension and serve no jail time----She knew what was going on and thats why she immediately retired throwing everyone else under the bus. Dispicable people who robbed the tax payers and stole a much needed education from the students. The lowest end of white collar crime.

Plus, if i am not wrong, these are totally funded pensions, by the municipalities/government....t here is zero funding by the employee....it's not like social security or 401K, where we participate.....
