You must have been outraged when that happened, eh?
My only outrage was that Gates was held up as some sort of victim and civil rights hero when he was nothing but a mouthy SOB berating those sent to protect his property.

Not surprised. Your love of the Bill of Rights is directly proportional to your feelings about whose rights are implicated.

Tell me what the police did wrong in the Gates case.

Constitutionally? Nothing.

What did the police do wrong in this New Jersey case?

My beef in NJ is with the social worker and the police official who listened to her, not with the rank and file officers at the scene.

<quoted text>"Under siege" doesn't mean "destroyed." And the Children's Service drone most certainly was attacking it by simply investigating.
You don't know what you are talking about. They're bound by statute to investigate.

Over a complaint regarding a Facebook photo? Show me the New Jersey statute, "lawyer."

Perhaps they should look at some other statutes, first:

“New Jersey licenses kids to hunt with a shotgun at 10 years old,” Nappen said.“A minor son possessing a gun under the supervision of his dad is per se legal. This overreaction by government shows how schizophrenic the state is.”

You titled this thread, right? Where is the constitutional violation?

For the second time, "under siege" does not mean violated.
Forget about forensics; your reading teacher obviously failed you.

In Ohio its in the OAC.

Its in the equivalent code in Jersey, no doubt.

I don't need to look it up. You're an idiot who opens his mouth without thinking.

OK Paco.

Its not under siege either, as I explained to you earlier.

The state is under no obligation to inform people of their 4th Amendment rights before they ask for access to their homes.

You brought it up; it's incumbent on you to back it up, douche.
I gave you a New Jersey lawyer who provides a law that exonerates this parent.

Then what's your point? The fourth amendment is under seige, by your logic, every time a police officer makes a traffic stop. Where's the news?

A traffic stop requires probable cause. That picture on Facebook doesn't even come close, especially in a state where a ten year old is allowed to possess a rifle and a hunting license.

A traffic stop does not require probable cause. It requires a reasonable articulable suspicion.

A knock on the door requires nothing.

You've posted 6000 times under this moniker alone. You shouldn't be wagging your refresh finger at others, Francis.
