The vehicle is 18 years old. It could have been in PARK and still rolled, considering it is American made.

Wow Dispatch. 4 stories about people getting killed by cars, 1 about a drowning man, and 2 old people that shot themselves trying to end live.
1 in 4 people not graduating.
I'm going to eat the rest of my doritos quietly and listen to songs that make me cry.

Since it was American made, it seems that you feel that it had to be defective. Since you are more than likely to also have been "American Made", do you also use that as an excuse to rationalize your long list of faults, you pompous arse?

Wow, no one dropped the Darwinism bomb yet...

Seriously, people do panic in situations like these, but why didn't she just try to pull the thing from the front bumper instead of push it from the rear? Or try to get in and stop it the old fashioned way, you know, with the brakes?

i live in the town where the woman was killed by her car.. nobody put the truck back into park,it is all on video... it is being investigated because most likely something broke in the transmission to keep it from staying parked.. for the sarcastic ppl with bno kind of soul, may god have mercy on it!

p.s. sometimes u don't have time to think about what u are doing!! she was trying to keep it from going into the on going traffic and didn't make the right decision!! it was a split second decision that took her life!! how can people say such things.. what if it was a loved one of yours!! how would u feel reading things about your loved one like the things u are joking about!! its not a joke..when the tables are turned,(and indeed, someday they will be) you will remember the times in your life when your cruel words and/or actions hurt someone, and you will be sorry.. we all have to come before god at some point, and what will your excuse be for being so inhumane..

I'm calling driver error, if she didn't set the parking brake, especially on a hill.

It was not parked on a hill, but on a very SLIGHT incline that was intended to keep rain away from the foundation of the building.

Also, I have researched "condolences" information and found it to be completely true. My mother-in-law was friends with the victim of this freak accident, and it is indeed a tragedy. She was a well liked person in our community, and she will be missed by many.

Hey you, who knows why she didn't do that. My guess is that it is because that truck was all she had to get to and from work and maybe she also was trying to prevent it from hurting someone else. What difference does it make to you? The poor girl is dead because of her quick instinct reactions. Please don't judge her reasoning. She was a wonderful person. It is just soo sad that she had to die like that. It was on an incline also. Please just pray for her children and grandchildren and her soul. Thank you.

Who knows why she didn't do that and what difference does it make now anyway, the poor soul is dead. Let her rest in peace.
