"...In addition to job training, many participants need instruction on soft skills such as punctuality, appropriate dress and workplace etiquette. We work closely with counties to give these men and women the ongoing support and training they need to successfully apply and interview for jobs and then to keep those jobs and advance."

Decode all of this BS to mean that: The parasite class WILL NEVER STAND ON ITS OWN.

The kicker? Workplace etiquette. Oh? You mean being loud and indignant and resentful and vengeful and menacing and dishonest and larcenous and felonious should be left at the bus stop back in the ghetto? Dag. Dat be rayciss.
