ACLU wants to know why Columbus schools dropped religious-music ban

The American Civil Liberties Union of Ohio will investigate why a 2002 ban on using religious music at graduation ceremonies quietly disappeared from the Columbus City School Board's policy manual two years ago. The board had agreed to the ban in a lawsuit settlement with the ACLU.
