To reference an earlier post, I have never been able to eat pimiento cheese. I'm open to pretty much anything else, having sampled my way across the country. Oh, and no tater tots.:p

Roasted lamb mmmm. That is good eats
Another is to put sausage in a wild turkey and put that turkey in a hog and roast it . No dry turkey with that method
Another good food is squirrel fried and fried potatoes and onions
No thanks on the lamb.
The stuffed hog sounds good....lots of meat
Growing up my uncles would hunt squirrel and roast it....as we ate, we came across the bb's...lol
I watched them hang and skin them....they were good!

Did you ever have ostrich steak? Or crocodile hamburgers? YUM!

WTF is wrong with a fish stick? They are especially delicious when you consume them as you tell your child that their fish died. Mother of the year!!!

Nothing. They are mini formed hashbrowns. If you like hashbrowns, you like tater tots.

My grandma handed down a recipe for pineapple cookies in which i've never seen a similar flavor/name to exist.

As for our traditions... Nothing out of the unordinary, maybe a little more from scratch than a lot of families I know.

Now, childhood era; I remember grandpa always having dried beef (in a jar) that I loved as a kid. And, one favorite homemade recipe, chicken gravy made from the chicken backs and my moms great love.{/; >)
