It looks like the only way Mitt Romney will make it to the White House was to be invited by President Obama. Will Romney tell him how to get 12 million hired? Why is Obama asking Mitt the loser to come by the White House?

It's his community work background. Working with people is more effective than trying to stomp out the opposition.

It's been a pervasive feature in the President's working style. Republicans don't know how to handle being invited to be a part of the solution, however.

Obama's proposed budget died in the Senate by a vote of 99-0, proving that Obama doesn't have a solution, nor is he interested in working with either party to work on one.

No big deal. So he drafts a new budget.... happens all the time in the business world. Obama still remains the President of the United States for the next 4 years. If you think you can do better, feel free to run for prez in 2016.

No big deal?

You support the status quo. I get it.
No budget. No solution.
Fiscal cliff looming.

And by the way, Obama's had four (4) years to craft a budget.
Four years. No budget.
He's no CEO, that's for damn sure.

The solution that appears to be on the table, and may actually pass, given some of the willingness of some of the smarter Repubs recently, is to continue the cuts for those under $250,000. This is something like 98% of the population and the majority of small business owners. Then, come January your can argue until the cows come home about how to reform the rest of the package.

Feel free to make an appointment with Obama to discuss your better ideas. Don't do it for yourself.... do it for your country.

Let's make a note of your sentiment: A sitting president may not be criticized for his obvious failures.

"Whatever"? Are you 14 years old?

If not, and you actually have children, then you don't value their cultural and economic future.

If you don't yet have children, please don't...until you mature.

That's the greatest job killer he can come up with and will guarantee a soup line depression. But this adminstration does not understand economics.

That 'solution' will create approximately 700,000 lay offs immediately. More people on assistance, less tax being paid in, less $ into the economy. Catastrophic.

The only way to increase tax revenue is to create jobs. This president has no idea how, and actually kills jobs. They can talk about raising tax on the wealthy, cutting deductions and loop holes; none will have any effect utill jobs are created and the government gets out of the way.
The inflation that is being created since Sept. by printing $40 BILLION unfunded dollars per month is showing already and will sink us.
Who will be the last rat off the sinking ship....?

Same reason Obama went to Andrews to meet the coffins and NJ to see the hurricane damage. Photo op.

Shoot, I can tell him how to create the 12 million jobs. But since it means becoming energy independent, pulling away from the mideast and actually helping all Americans, he would not consider it.

Notlocal, you sure are the typical foolish Republican. Do you ever listen to any TV other than Fox News? I read two of your outrageous comments, that anyone knows would not be true. Did anyone ever tell you, the Republican's started this huge debt we now have.

They've already proven they'll never get it through someone trying to explain it to them. Let them eat the consequences. We may even be able to find creative ways to make the lessons more effective.

I think what the Republican & Democrats want to do with debt crisis is take the United States off the US dollar and goto the new North American Currency which both parties have done a good job of destroying the value of the dollar with US FIAT money system Nixon placed us on and believe that is the intent besides that would workout great with NAFTA since its already in place.

How realistic is a North American currency?

You never let a serious crisis go to waste. And what I mean by that it's an opportunity to do things you think you could not do before.
