GM plus bailout cash OFF to China

GOVERNMENT MOTORS - General Motors Co. said it has received permission from Chinese authorities to build a $1.3 billion plant to manufacture its Cadillac brand. Meanwhile, by the end of March 2013, the U.S. government had recovered $30.4 billion of the $49.5 billion used to bail out GM in 2009under the Troubled Asset Relief Program.

Hence the reason my next truck will say Tundra on the side.
