Go read the Obama gun thread. You have plenty in there.

That warrant will say the house, vehicles and all out buildings. When executing a warrant, the police are allowed to look in any closed compartment in which the items listed in the warrant may be found.
But very good. You have chosen to assert and defend your right to possess your assault weapon in spite of the ban and to litigate the scope of the Second Amendment. Much more civilized, reasonable and safe than staging revolution.
I think the difference between you and these other knuckleheads, Tony, is that I suspect you have experienced what war looks like and respect that it isn't like the movies. These other bigmouths have never seen someone bleed out with a hole through their chest and have romantic visions of their "revolution." That's why you can't bring yourself to say who you would kill over this. I'm glad.
As I've said, I'm all about defense. There can be no other valid reason to harm another in my mind. Now having said that, I will also say there is a multitude of things that are mine that I would be willing to defend. Including loved ones, certain property, and rights (and my definition of rights is very broad... "That which does not harm another or violate their superior rights". An example of superior right: One's right to have his property free of trespassers is superior to another's right to travel freely).

That's a 1000 plus thread. Surely if you said I have posted multiple anti-gun posts you can easily point them out for me so I don't have to read every page.

You are a very negative person. Try being nice. Smile. Relax by taking a long poop. Get laid. Enjoy a Calgon bath. Not necessarily in that order.

<quoted text>Thank you Tony. There is still a thing called the constitution that says you dont have to tell a cop anything at all.
That's exactly what the brow in the urban areas been telling the cops for years. And the response from the cops have been flash light beatings, punches to the head while handcuffed, mace to the face while handcuffed, slammed on hot car hoods while handcuffed, kicked in the ass and groin while handcuffed, shot in the head while reaching for ID.
You don't realize how privileged most of you are! At least in urban areas one can escape through the back yard and over a few gates. In the rural areas your sitting ducks. Good luck!

There is no ticket to write if the laws are being followed. Law enforcement is very necessary and the only way to get through to some of the idiots out there is to hit em where it hurts, the pocket book. Have I gotton a ticket before? Of course. Did I like it? Hell no. Do I still speed? I try not to but if I do and get a ticket for it, there is only one person to blame, me.

Or the Supreme Court of Ohio:

COLUMBUS, Ohio A simple educated guess that a motorist is speeding is all the evidence a police officer needs to write an ironclad speeding ticket, the Ohio Supreme Court ruled on Wednesday.

In a 5-to-1 ruling, the court said an officer's "unaided visual estimation of a vehicle's speed" is strong enough to support a ticket and conviction. A radar speed detector, commonly used by patrolmen, is not needed, the court concluded.

Yeah, right! Spoken by a whiteman of your ilk who's never been racially targeted by bigoted cops in an urban area. Speak about things you know and not your perceptions on how you believe cops should act.

There's thousands of complaints about physical abuse by cops on blacks for no reason. You tell me if it's justifiable for a cop to punch you in the head for asking why he pulled you over? The way some here on Topix feel about certain blacks, I can imagine what they'd do to a black person if given a badge and gun!

Hollow points do more damage than regular rounds. I don't care why you claim they were designed, there is no need for them except to do as much damage to humans as possible.
You also don't understand the second amendment.
you are clueless about hollow point bullets

PS: hollow points don't shoot through walls.....much safer.

your claim there is no need for them proves you speak of something you know nothing about.
