Trust me this will be their new angle for gun control. I mean, he killed an unarmed kid and gets charged with nothing? Not even accidental manslaughter? Not even a menacing charge for not listening to the dispatcher? Something that would've avoided the whole situation where a kid got shot and killed? Really!
What do you mean, "charged with nothing"? He was charged with second degree murder. The prosecution couldn't prove its case.
