Yo yo yo maybe the 'new' policy will have some of those dodgy obamacare navigators to keep the data unrigged. Because they have been doing a bang--up job over at Gangsterizing for America!

Columbus City Schools have been mismanaged since White Flight in 1977, Federal Court Case, saying that Black Schools like Mohawk were mismanaged and resulting in the closing of several predominately White Schools like North and Central. Left to themselves, Black leadership has failed just like what happened in Somalia after the Italians left and what happened in Uganda after the British left and what happened in Haiti after the French left. A well functioning organization became disorganized and dysfunctional.
The more things change, the more they remain the same.
