Muslims don't melt in to a Western Culture, they exist to outbreed and subvert it. You need to read "Gates of Vienna" that will clear up your pro-Muslim dhimmitude.

At least you finally admit to being a relativist, most of our forum leftists will not do that.

"Dissolve the people and elect a new one" That is my problem with immigration. This nation was founded by one group of people from one specific region of the planet. Some can adopt our ways, but the tint of group solidarity makes anti-white racism an easy sell with minorities.

The DCCC has said that it thinks that whites because they are conservative do not deserve representation in government.

The Founders weren't really interested in "individual liberty". Alexander Hamilton was certainly not. Jefferson acted in defiance of many of his earlier statements when he became president.

As I said to you, Kosmik, your views are only as libertarian as Russ Feingold is.

WHO IS THIS KOSMIK. My views are my views, regardless of any precedent.
I wasn't saying my poli sci history made me better than anyone, I'm not trying to sit above any of you, though im enjoying this joust for what it is. I DID say that my hard earned course credit gave me a wealth of knowledge on different government styles, the inevitability of a two-party system, and the complications that arise within it. Its not always as simple as your parties platform, you'll have to look beyond it to find the answers.
I have no posting senority, thats what a lurker is, someone that absorbs for long periods of time before posting anything about anything. I could've posted countless arbitrary posts like you, but I abstained to prevent contracting this forums std.
No they don't. Did you actually read the link from Heritage?

When the left talks about removing oil subsidies, they really mean removing the "capital improvement tax credit" given to all corporations, but only removing the exemption on the six oil majors.

In other words, it's a winfall profits tax.

But they can't openly advocate that.

This is a forum, we chuck peanuts, sometimes literally, as you can vote "nuts".

On here, having a "J.D" does not gain you genuflection, and neither does an international relations degree or a pol sci class.

Two-parties are actually not inevitable in first-past-the-post.

Canada has three main parties, one regional party, and one significant minor party that has one seat.

They also have FPTP.

Naturally you would categorize private industry involved in federal contract work as such.

On the founding father note, the bill of rights speaks for itself.
I don't care what the DCCC says, do a racial break-down of those that govern, legislatively/executively/judi ciary... and tell me how many are white. Know what though, regardless of their political affiliations (god knows how many of them are like you) they have the tact to hide their anti-minority agendas behind broad legislation and ethically permissable rhetoric.
I know Muslim extremists and their "jihad". Point is that most adhere to that in a different way than to wage a holy war. Its like the old testament, are you going to stone your neighbors for eating a hamburger on friday?. God forbid they take our holy doctrines at face-value, we'd be neck-deep in the crusades all over again.

Apparently you've never heard of market forces and geo-politics. Since you're so fond of Google, try "The rise of the Indian and Chinese consumer society," "OPEC," and "Weak US dollar."

"private industry involved in federal contract work"... You CRONY!(im totally fucking joking. Government may have a cherry-picking influence on private enterprise (an increasingly large one at that...) but I don't hold the whole thing up to some universal extreme. But if I was some socialist spam-monkey I wouldn't let that go without a few more blows.

I was simply asking Paco. I don't know where you work.

But given your answer, it sounds as if your own personal income is taxpayer funded to the whatever degree your work is focused upon federal contracts.

You don't have to get all huffy just because I'm paying part or all of your salary.

Explain to me how the Republicans are 'anti-minority'

I can be credibly accused of being 'anti-minority' in that I want minorities to be assimilated into the ways of my people, but how can you call the GOP, which has the sole black Senator, two Latin Senators, two Latin Governors, two South Asian Governors, to be 'anti-minority'?

The Old Testament says nothing about meat on Fridays.

The crusades were a response to Muslim aggression. As Gates of Vienna says "we are in a new phrase of a very old war"

It says fish fridays... right? Which was put in to promote the consumption of fish during a slow period in english history. Kind of like the pro-pork campaign our country has been raising for a few years... except that didn't lace it into religious doctrine. Maybe thats new testament stuff, forgive me if I disregard anything that is tied to some measure of ethics or morality.

I know a lot about all three of the things you listed hugh (still haven't given me something else to call you).

Chinese influence will peak and implode when they drive their proletariat too hard and they demand better compensation, as consumers their market has been an incredibly hard place for westerners to find a place in, I blame rampant inequality and the communist/nationalist influence. We may export stuff to China, but they make half the stuff we sell back to them anyway. If not the end-production then the parts we use. We need to stop selling away our resources, should be capitalizing off of them instead, global market/macroeconomics aside we can make damn near anything as well as anybody else, it's about time we gave our workers the chance to do so and capitalize off of it. If we keep shipping away jobs we don't think we need we won't have a lot left for us. I get the labor is cheaper over-seas, but that's hardly an excuse.

OPEC's prices hardly translate into domestic gas-pump prices. Thats American speculation all the way. A few times a gas hike has been explained by price-per-barrel comparisons, but every report made sure to note that the price increase per barrel didn't equate to the prices they passed on the pumps. The oil industry is running a racket right now, recognize it or not, when they are so big you can't stop them it'll be impossible to look the other way.

the end result of any multi-party government is a two-party system. It's extremely difficult to argue against that, even with a handful of half-examples. People would simply argue that those countries don't have 2 parties...yet (which is actually how comparitive poli sci sees it, compromise and cooperation will meld parties until two polar parties exist.

Other than that I dont have a lot to say, All I wanted to chime in with it your guys ridiculousness. "chucking peanuts"? Thats one way to call spouting bullshit by another name. "THE DEMOCRATIC DISGRACE: ITS THE NEW NORMAL"... "LOUDMOUTHED LATINO DEMONSTATORS"... clean the fuck up, or people like me (who you can bash all you want) will call you out on your bullshit. If you call me uneducated doesn't it just make it more sad that an uneducated person had to point out your ignorant, offensive audacity?

Isn't tied to some level of ethics or morality*

Sorry for that, I don't ignore the moral implications or wisdom the book has to share with us all... just the fat. The good book has always been prone to trimming, thats why we all remember the 10 commandments and not the 100 originally proposed.

Your ignorance is astounding.
You don't know the difference between the Old Testament and 15th century Catholic doctrine when it comes to dietary laws.
The threads you find so infuriating are posted with their original titles. Had you bothered to click the source links, you'd know that. And it's painfully obvious that you either didn't read the "Latino" thread, or it flew completely over your head. I'll be charitable and leave it at that.

"You don't know the difference between the Old Testament and 15th century Catholic doctrine when it comes to dietary laws." - Is that really worth rental space in my conciousness? I'm supposed to have a firm grip on the dietary laws the catholic church imposed on its theocratic monarchy oh so many years ago to function properly in American politics. Woe is me, im ignorant of a 400 year old arbitrary declaration that most Christians don't even know the origins of :(.

I'm like sherlock holmes. There is a limited amount one can absorb and retain over any period... why would I waste space on that?

I held on to the premise though, because it was just as arbitrarily

I did not read the latino thread, I almost didn't read this one. I told you, I usually spend a handful of my minutes on this site, usually a couple quick peruses and im done, otherwise my sanity falters at the realization of the bigoted people that make up my community.

I don't care why they're named what they are. If the articles title themselves that isn't it a red-flag of media-bias? Find better sources. Ones with integrity.
