The original story I posted had to do with:
April Sands who was a Federal Election Commission lawyer before she resigned this year and accepted a ban on holding government jobs until 2016.
She was former IRS official Lois Lerner's deputy when she was at the FEC
Like the allegations against Lerner, Sands admitted violating the Hatch Act, which prohibits government workers from advocating for candidates
And as seems to be the case with Lerner, Sands escaped prosecution because her hard drive mysteriously 'crashed' and was recycled
She was known as 'Obama girl' in her office, and a colleague recalled how she boasted that Obama's 2012 campaign would hire her away
Read more: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-26922...
Also, as noted by scirocco:
".....and up to 20 other IRS employees who just happened to have dealings with Lerner also may have had their emails "accidentally" destroyed in hard drive crashes and subsequent recycling of the hardware."
http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Government/2014/...
See any pattern with Lois Lerner? Looks like a duck, walks like a duck, talks like a duck.
Another right wing conspiracy! OMG!
Wow. That's all it takes for you, huh? They knew each other and their computers got f-ed up. Luckily you aren't a judge.

This is similar but much greater than the Nixon tape erasures. The border patrol officees that have been killed along with Fast N furious and the actions or lack there of by Eric holder when Black Panthers blocked republicans of both colors from entering the polls far exceeds a break in of democrat offics and the copying of the list of who had which hoo ker. Gordon Liddy and other went to prison, Eric Holder et.al. should go to the gallows.
Why do you guys always have to make things up? No Black Panther blocked anyone from entering a polling place ever. You know how many Border Patrol agents have died in the line of duty? 120. Ever. You know how many since Obama has been president? 17. You know how may by non-accidental gunfire? 2. Even when you have an issue that could gain a little traction, you have to go full nutcase. There is a reason why thinking people think you guys are crazy.

Unionized government workers and the Democratic Party have breed a culture of corruption. Took less than this for you to buy into The One Percent Doctrine.

Prior to the voting rights act of 1965, many black people were not "physically blocked" either.

Forget one percent. How about we start with the News reports about conservative political action groups being targeted by the IRS after the rise of Tea Party groups that handed Obama his "shellacking" in the House of Representatives in the 2010 elections. Then Lois Lerner, takes the fifth in the ensuing 2014 Congressional investigation, about her role at the IRS in 2011-2012 when in 2013 the "IRS revealed that it had selected political groups applying for tax-exempt status for intensive scrutiny based on their names or political themes" and her emails come up missing, her hard drive crashes, her hard drive is destroyed, other computer back up files destroyed, etc., doesn't any of this make you in the least suspicious?

"No complaints were filed by voters about the incident, although poll watchers witnessed some voters approach the polls and then turn away, apparently in response to the New Black Panther Party members."

and

Employees who worked the Brown case have described being harassed by colleagues due to the widespread belief that civil rights laws should not be used to protect white voters. One Justice Department official stated that "The Voting Rights Act was passed because people like Bull Connor were hitting people like John Lewis, not the other way around."

This is where "the rubber meets the road."

Must be something in Lois Lerners pantsuit pockets. Wherever she goes hard drives crash and no back up email can be found.

CHICAGO - The IRS scandal may have its roots in Illinois politics. Specifically, the 1996 U.S. Senate race between Democrat Congressman Dick Durbin and conservative Republican State Rep. Al Salvi.

More than a decade before his 2010 letter to IRS officials urging the agency to target conservative organizations, U.S. Senator Dick Durbin's political career crossed paths with Ms. Lerner when she was head of the Enforcement Division of the Federal Election Commission (FEC), and directly involved in the 1996 Illinois U.S. Senate race.

good thing you're not a lawyer because you obviously don't know the law and how that looks pretty stupid if you dont want to catch a charge.... The loss of Ms. Lernerís hard drive also raised broader questions about why the tax agency never reported the missing records to the National Archives and Records Administration, as required by the Federal Records Act.Thank god you're not an accountant either, dummy.

The date Lois Lerner left FEC is not relevant other than Sands and Lerner have known each other since the mid-ninetys when Lois Lerner mentored April Sands at the FEC.

Some of the problems I have with all this.
One, civil servants who work for all of us, are supposed to check their partisanship at the door. That is why we have The Hatch Act. Sands is a lawyer, she knew better, but she deliberately broke the Law anyway. We don't yet know about Lerner because she plead the 5th.

Two, both Lerner and Sands may be getting off with little more than a slap on the wrist because evidence was "lost" due to computer hard drive crashes. This makes one wonder if government employees might be colluding to cover up evidence.

Three, most federal agencies are unionized. These workers cast their vote for their pocketbook, benefits, job security, etc., and one party is more than happy to buy that vote with the taxpayers' money. Just like they do with all their other constituencies, they buy their votes. It's political incest.

Again, you seem to be backpedaling from your initial and repeated assertion that Ms. Lerner had something to do with the FEC hard drive. Your 3 points might be very relevant to a different discussion, but they in no way make it more likely that Ms. Lerner was involved with the loss of Ms. Sands hard drive.
